The Apartments
Our stylish and very spacious suites enable guest to be private and relax all day. The 13 apartments are furnished with wooden ceilings and antique furniture typical of Umbria. All apartments have central heating, fridge and TV. Guests of the apartment have complete access to the garden fitted with outdoor furniture.
Studio 2 Persons
This studio of approximately 25 m2 is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 2 to 3 persons. The living room is furnished with a double bed. Upon request, a third bed can be added. The corner kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, and an Italian coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, toilet and bidet.

Apartment 2+2 persons
This apartment is on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 85m2 and is suitable for 2 to 5 people. In the large living room there’s a fireplace exuding a rustic atmosphere. There is also a double sofa bed. The bedroom is equipped with a double. On request an extra bed. The kitchen adjoins the living room is equipped with a stove, a microwave, fridge freezer and Italian coffee. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, toilet and bidet.

Apartment 4 persons (2+2)
This apartment of approximately 35 m2 is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. The living room is furnished with a 2-person sofa. The kitchen, which borders the living room, has a gas stove, microwave, fridge / freezer and Italian coffeemaker. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, toilet and bidet. This apartment has a small balcony. Guests of this apartment can use an area in the garden, complete with outdoor furniture.

This apartment has an area of approximately 45 m2 and is suitable for 2-4 persons. The entrance to this apartment is on the 1st floor. The apartment consists of 2 floors. This 55 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 4 to 6 persons. The living room is furnished with a 2-person sofa. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the other two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, toilet and bidet. This apartment has a small balcony. Guests of the apartment have an area in the garden equipped with furniture. All apartments are furnished (in part) with wood and antique furniture, which gives the home a rustic appearance. Characteristic of this room are the antique furniture, ceramic tiles and wooden attic beams which provide the room with a rustic atmosphere.
